ABOUT THE POSITION

As a conference host, you are the face of the company and ensure that conferences and events run smoothly. The role combines hosting, service, logistics, and technical support to create a positive experience for all visitors.

You will be offered

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional atmosphere.
• Plan and execute furniture arrangements and coordinate the flow in conference rooms.
• Arrange snacks and lunches for conference participants.
• Ensure that AV equipment, projectors, and other technology are functioning.
• Handle unexpected situations and challenges with quick problem-solving.
• Support colleagues in other areas of workplace service as needed.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed high school education.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish as it is used in daily work.
• Has previous experience in service professions and is accustomed to meeting people.
• Has good general IT skills and is quick to learn new systems.
• Has high energy and enjoys organizing and planning ahead.
• Has a natural ability to 'fix and solve'.

It is a merit if you have

• Previous experience working at a reception.
• Previous experience working with events.
